Being a newcomer to this hobby there are quite a few things I don't know such as:

1) What COTY means. Of course I could guess that it stands for Chiop Of The Year. But maybe it's short for "Chill-Out Toothless Yokel" or even "Candy Often Tastes Yummy" But again these are just guesses.

2) Why so many old-timers who claim to love chip collecting are always so angry about some chip program or another. This one is harder to guess at.
