OK- the first part says:
All chips are used in the Nevada Brothel's [ sic ] below. It does not state they were used for gaming. Aside from the misplaced apostrophe...there is no deceit there!
A chip by any other name...is still a chip. Promotional/advertising chips??? Never used for gaming. Manufacturer's samples? Never used for gaming. Most LEs? Might be used for gaming, but are instead more likely to be scooped up by collectors before they hit the tables. So where do we make the distinction between a chip worthy of collecting and one that is not? Many coin collectors also buy wooden nickels and other items that were never used for currency.
