... or not, Charles, the fact is that David Whalen is upfront about what he is doing and selling, he is not deceiving anyone and (as suggested by Rich Hanover) he isn't making all that much money off these chips.
I'd much rather associate with him than the well-known (and previously well-respected) sellers who ripped off their fellow collectors by selling for hundreds of dollars each the non-genuine brass core chips that David produced for them (and for which they charged 10x or more what they paid him for them).
As for the brothel chips themselves, I kinda like the ones I have. I also have some of the Ore House Chipcos, which are brothel chips, too, and which to my knowledge David had no part in producing.
Brothels are legal in Nevada. I see nothing untoward about a legal business producing what are, essentially, advertising chips. And I see nothing wrong with those chips being sold at the CC>CC convention, on eBay and/or otherwise in conjunction with the sale of casino chips.
