Paul-son makes a number of inlaid chips with edge spots for home use. They look like the 50c chip in the pic below. They chose colors and insert patterns that don't resemble any live casino chips. You could sticker some of these to make your own movie chips. I think the club site has more of these pictured under the fantasy section. I think Paul-son has a retail store in Las Vegas.
