I'm not sure either. If the chip on the right is in like new condition, sharp edges, no wear, then I would say that it is a new code with an orange or yellow hot-stamp. If the edges are well rounded, then I would agree with Murph and think that it is a washed-out hot stamp. We have seen many of these, e.g., the Sahara, L.V. Card Room 2 bit and 4 bit chips.
