Wow, what a spin that was....

I'm strictly talking tax $$$ helping to solve our problems, first, then the world's problem's, second. If we're not able to do it with what we have then perhaps we need to think of other metods to solve the problems (a little value added tax may jst do it; I don't know). This is not spending tax $$$ blindly when we try to keep people healthy and alive.
