I can believe he might have been more inclined to like tacos if it happens in California.
Seriously, I know how you feel. I get hit up by a "hungry" guy on the way into a pizza shop in AC. He's "starving" and says I'm "obviously not." I offered to by him a slice of the best pizza in AC, which happens to be next to a liquor store. He says he'd rather have the cash. Maybe he just had a bad childhood, and I should have been nicer to him.
