One of the reasons I moved here 22 years ago was because this is a 24 hour city. I sleep very few hours & take advantage of doing chip runs during these late hours. Hardly any traffic, not as hot during the Summer & no lines to wait in at the Casinos. I do enough standing in line at the Hard Rock.
