I am sure that Gene or some one could shed more light on this but I have never heard of anyone being caught trying to switch denominations. For the small amount of money to be gained it just isn't worth the jail time. Remember that when you buy in at the higher denomination you will have to play for a while and may lose a considerable amount before being able to cash out. Like I said it just ain't worth it.
