OK.. here it goes. I posted below about the Sam's Town 25 cent chip. I've had a lot private e-mails asking how much for the chips. I havn't replied to any of the e-mails yet. I'd like to get a couple opinions about 25 cent chips. I know fractionals are attractive to many collectors because of the low denomination. BUT, shipping costs are two times face value on the chip. When you factor in a bubble mailer, plastic flip, if they won't sell them outright you have to play for them, ect. You have quite a few bulit in costs that are far greater than face value. What's a fair price for a chip like this? I'd love to hear a few different opinions on this topic.
