Mike; That photo must have been taken before Henry Garrett was ordered to remove his display because it violated club policy prohibiting slabbed chips in the Exhibits and Club Auction. Actually, I believe the slabbed cases contained photos of chips ... not actual chips.

The other reason for Henry having to pull the display was that photos of chips were deemed not appropriate material for a competitive display. Otherwise, collectors could leave their valuable chips at home and display color photocopies at future shows. It would be like bringing a photo of your dog to the Westminster Dog Show instead of the live animal.
