Not very exciting , but free .
Over here I use Multisystem TV and Video which automatically detects which system you are using and just plays the tape . Expensive , but useful.

Any tapes I want to transfer to another system for friends in the USA or England , my security staff just do a ' tape to tape 'transfer to whichever system I need .
