Well, I know I will catch Hell for this post, but I have to speak my mind. The last time I made a post on the Chipboard was when Mr. Dean gave everyone advice on getting insurance on their chip collection. I should of kept my fingers quiet. I gave negative input and was left out to dry. I was not backed at all, by the people that have been "screwed" by him. Mr. Dean in an E-mail to me stated that anyone that reads the chipboard, need's to get a life. He stated: The chipboard is full of a bunch of busybody's, with nothing else better to do. I still have that E-mail on the classic Dean Clark memory disc. I saved every E-mail from him, including a deal I had with him, concerning a $500.00 Nevada Club Chip that he misrepresented. (a side deal away from ebay) The CCGTCC members involved know what I am referring too. He has not changed his way's at all. He misrepresents his chips as being Rare, Hard to Find, Obsolete. , One of a kind. To his imagination they are. He will state whatever will make him a buck. The new comers to the chipboard, and the club, should really go to the CCGTCC Archives to fully realize the type of seller you are dealing with. Archie Black made an excellent point, in a previous post, that a CCGTCC # has the good housekeeping seal of approval. Why Mr. Dean are you not a member? Is it because you would not be able to live by the By Laws set up by the club. I wonder.
I have been a member of the club, in excellent standing, just two month's shy of 3 years. The new members need to really check out the buyers you are purchasing from. I was taken in by him. I personally will only deal with CCGTCC members. I read the chipboard daily, and it is sad to see the posts people have made, defending this CHARACTER. This is the same guy that wear's a borrowed name tag at the annual convention, so the "regular" people will not know who he is. (2001). The Archives speak for themselves, repeat, THE ARCHIVES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. I know that the Mr. Dean Fanclub will come to his defense, but I have now vented. Thanks a bunch.
