The 21 Club is located on Hwy 99 (now International Blvd) between Seattle & SeaTac Airport. It originally opened as a card room in the 1980's in what was then unincorporated King County. Seattle was the mailing address and the closest city. Subsequently, that area incorporated into the City of Tukwila. When they became a mini-casino and were required to purchase a new rack of chips, the address became Tukwila.
