I think the other casinos are also now implementing the same rules with regards drinking - my local casino (the Westcliff) now allows drinking at the gaming tables following the recent changes in the law. Not sure what the HR dress code is, but the casinos I go to all allow pretty casual clothes - the only one that I've joined (but still to go to and play in) that has a dress code is the Palm Beach in London where you have to wear a suit / jacket & tie.
