Mark, have you read the new auction?

    Heading of auction: SCARCE OBS 1982 Harrah's * $500 Chip--LOOK

Comment: This auction still appears to be for a legitimate Harrah's chip

Description: This is a tough to find, 1982 $500 chip from Harrah's in Lake Tahoe. This chip was used for a movie that was made there, although I don't recall which one.

Comment: I, and probably many others, read this as a legitimate house chip which was ALSO used in a movie. Maybe experts know differently but I certainly don't.

    Specific information:

  • Good Condition
  • Great addition to any collection!
  • Value$50
  • This is the only one that I found, so don’t miss it!!

Comment: Item 2 implies a legitimate chip. Item 3, showing a value of $50, also implies legitimacy to the chip. Plus, specifing a value indicates knowledge about the chip which Dean has already indicated he has none.

Where is it written: This is a fantasy chip which was never used for gambling at any Harrah's casino!!
