I don't know if the Foreign Club, hub mold, is from Mexico. The hub was delivered to Mason Co in Newark, NJ. The Foreign Club, Tijuana, smooth mold, was delivered to Noll Co in LA, CA.

I'm not sure but Howdy may have assumed that the hub was from Mexico only because the smooth mold was. However, if he has cards on the hub, then I would, of course, agree on the Mexico attribution.

I just won two Foreign Club, Tijuana, smooth molds which were delivered to the same place as the hub. Note that the smooth mold chips I won are very different from the Tijuana smoothie.
