I see nothing wrong with this auction. It is his opinion as to how wonderful the chip is. A collector with a TCR can easily look up the value and bid accordingly. I have sold many things at way above value just because bidders get frenzied and over bid...it must happen hundreds of thousands of times weekly. This auction has been relisted weekly for it seems like forever.
