Bob told you below, this is not a manufacturers error. You want to argue with him. The manufacturer made the die for this chip exactly, from signed artwork from the buyer. There is NO manfacturers error on this chip. There never will be a manufacturers error on this chip. the buyer will pay for this chip and they will pay for a new order in one is ever made.
IMO, you have no desire to learn.
