Thank you Bob for your posts. I appreciate your explanations. As a stamp collector, if a stamp is an error (printed in a manner than it was otherwise intended) but not corrected, it is an uncorrected error but still an error nonetheless. My assumption was that an error chip would be regarded in the same manner. Also, after reading all the posts, there seems to be some question whether the mis-spelling of a word qualifies a chip to be an actual "error". Is there an official guide on chips that touches upon the subject?
The posts by Gene Trimble gave me the distinct impression he is inferring I am trying to be misleading or untruthful in my ebay auctions, which I am not. Sorry, but I get p****d off when my integrity gets called into question.
