I of course know of the Grand Victoria's in Elgin and Rising Sun, but I don't think this chip is from there. I haven't scanned it yet, but it is a pale yellow H&C, hot stamped, no logo, with "Grand Victoria" at the top, a "1" in the center and "Roulette" around the bottom.

I suspect it may be a foreign chip, maybe Canada? Anyone know of a Grand Victoria anywhere??
