Rick, I think Dean Richmond and Jodi Sones had a hand in creating these prop chips for the production company.

The movie (1989) was "Blind Fury," starring Rutger Hauer as a blind Vietnam veteran trying to rescue a friend of his who'd become ensnared by bad guy casino owners. Pretty bad movie (a link to the Internet Movie Database page is below), but at least it was shot partly in Reno and inside a couple of casinos.
