There are lots of obsolete chips put into Round Robins. There is no ban on that. I do not know the values of certain chips because I do not believe in values placed in catalogues by people in the know. But condition is important. The chips should not have pieces out of them or be cracked or stained. This is the basis for my complaint. Lets look to the future with better results.
