A couple months ago, Bronco Billy's in Cripple Creek Colorado had Chipco make 300 $5 chips with Gary Johnson's image on them. They were made to honor the man most Colorado collectors believe to be the penultimate Colorado casino collector. The entire release was sold to Bobby Hayden who in turn sold them at face value to anyone who wanted them.
It was a personal effort done to honor a fellow collector with the support of the casino, and while not done for a profit, it was a chip release where the entire inventory was controlled by one person.
