John, After the people who approve chip designs in Nevada saw that guy TRUMBLE's picture they had a number of misgivings. As they looked at the other mugs & came to KRUSE that sealed the fate of the whole campaign. If only they had first looked at SUSONG it would have been smooth sailing. No proof but I'm willing to bet that's what happened.
