Can someone please link me to where I can read that the Gaming Control Board objected to Rene's chip program with Palace Station?

Unless I'm missing something, all I'm reading from Rene regarding the cancellation is that instead of him having to go through all the paper work and trying to explain everything to Gaming, he decided to go ahead and cancel.

So we can all learn something from this and comply with rules and regulations should such a program be planned in the future by a show promoter, what exactly did Gaming object to (if they did object)? I thought we were told by Rene in a prvious post that Gaming had no objection with this program...?

Was there a violation of the GCB rules (law) by the casino, manufacturer... or Rene?

If so, what was the violation(s)?
