The best reason to avoid these personal attacks is that there are people here who are potential new club members/collectors/trading partners, etc. A lot of these people have been chased away (or just left in disgust) because a few posters can't be civil to each other. This hobby is supposed to be FUN. Let's keep it that way and don't forget to thank Greg for supporting this board!
