Personally, I like the history behind the chips. I'd rather have that Flamingo chip than a $25 Hard Rock Cinco. I'm sure that the majority of folks on the Chipboard do NOT share that opinion!

HOWEVER since you were assured that the chip wasn't broken and repaired, you probably paid more than you would have if the seller had been honest with you. You should be able to return the chip for a full refund, or re-negotiate the price.
