i used intertops.com last year.
i had NO problems and they are still in business.
they forced me to close my account this year because i live in ZOO Jersey. i guess it's a state law or something.
they returned all my money, winnings included with absolutely no problems. check was sent via DHL. Could have used Paypal but didn't realize it at the time.

i still have an account with betwwts.com
they've been in the business for many years.
can't really report much on them because I haven't done much yet this year.
