How far ahead do the sports books let you bet parlays? Is it a week-to-week deal? ....I think I already know the answer, it HAS to be a week-to-week deal.

I'd give one of the offshore internet sports books a cheap shot parlay bet every week if I knew that I could trust it (the online casino) to pay off from the git.
