The point of my post was to defend The Hard Rock against what appeared to be an unsubstantiated allegation (that this eBay seller was promising to deliver 20% of the total supply). I wasn't trying to be mysterious using the word "rumor." It's pretty standard to use either "rumored" or "unconfirmed" to qualify any widely-curculated "fact" that the writer has not independently confirmed.
