Bob; I would be more concerned with people who have access to card-making equipment who have the ability to produce a variety of card designs never seen before.... or reproductions of some older tougher to find cards.
The removal of players names and account numbers on locally printed cards that the casino applies in ink, should only be of concern from those folks who insist on "blank" cards and who are willing to pay a premium for them ... when most of the time these cards are readily available for the asking (for free) from the slot card/promotions booths.
Reminds me of when I used to collect postage stamps and some collectors were more concerned with the undisturbed gum on the back of the stamp than the printed or engraved image on the front which resulted in higher premiums being demanded for never hinged material.
