Recently a well known chipper posted a question regarding the legal ramification of selling slot cards with someone elses name on them.
He discussed the fact that the name and number could be removed [on screened cards] with the use of nail polish remover.
This action might protect the seller but it does not protect the buyer and in my opinion leaves the door open for fraud.
I direct you to the link below where the person describes that one of the cards has had the information removed. I don't suggest that he has done this, nor that there is any malice involved BUT it does leave the door open .
