What was the plan with the re-release of a collectors set? If the plan was to bring down the value of the original set, I'd guess it worked.

What was the plan when issuing ridiculously low numbers of certain chips, like the Cinco and Sammy quarters? Give HR employees an advantage over the average HR collector in obtaining these chips at face? I'd guess that worked too.

The problem with collecting HR is twofold. First, you never can be quite sure what the plan is. Second, you can't be sure what actually happens will be what you thought the plan was (maybe) going to be in the first place.

...which brings us back to square one. What day are the chips REALLY going to be released on? ...and silence by the HR representitive-in-the-know is deserving of criticism, especially this close to the release day(s)!
