My last chip purchase in French francs before the e went into circulation was 14¢ to the franc. So about 7¢... but I don't know where the NF/$ was when these were issued when France introduced their Monetary Reform Act when every 100F then became 1NF. Casinos had the option of either ordering a new inventory with NF after the denomination, or adjusting the denomination by striking a "," in the denomination or striking the new "NF" denomination on the rim/face of the piece.
