In 1988, one year prior to the Bad Dürkheim 40th-Anniversary plaque, sister casino Bad Neuenahr, issued the same exact size plaque (36x56mm) commemorating their 40th-Anniversary.

Seen below is an early issue (I believe from the first series) of the same value, DM10, having a true die-cut metal inlay with the same Roulette logo as on both 40th-Anniversary plaques.

Both mini-plaques were issued in a presentation brochure.

The die-cut chip is available in trade for any mother-of-pearl from a German casino.
