A friend brought these back for me. No traders.
Fractional euros were on the BB a couple weeks ago and someone asked what they used them for. I guessed commisions.
When I got these, I asked my friend. He did not know but said he had one heck of a time getting the cage to sell them to him.
He called the casino and I will post their reply in the next post. I guess I was right but thought some of you might want to print it out.
