To my knowledge, neither CT, VT nor DE are mentioned in the USPC records. However, as you know, many times only the distributor and not the final destination is shown on the records.

I do not have any chips from those areas (that I know of). I do not even have a c&s BPOE (or know of one) from those states.

A little off topic -- I do have a USPC c&s from MA - the "ASH" chip which was sent to the M.T. Bird Co. (Empty Bird Co.???) in Boston, MA.
