I just acquired a number of these, which I'll put on eBay soon. I hope to get them coded soon. Looks like all are from a set, especially the 5 (roman numeral "v") and 25, which have identical rim rings. Very rare to find such '"v" chips; I had none up to this point. Only three "v" chips are listed in Seymour's book (page 154). Here are six that I scanned:
