Of a total of 170 different c&s (as shown in Howdy's book) in my collection, the chip shown below is unique in one respect (not counting the subject matter, of course).

Can anyone guess what stands out about this chip. For all I know, this may be unique among all c&s made by USPC.

Obviously it's a slow day.
