I've been trying to avoid taking the plunge into the illegal clubs end of the hobby, but I'm finding it more and more difficult to resist.

I know at least one such reference exists, but for the life of me, I cannot recall who puts it out. Are there several books, or just one? Who puts it out and how do I get a copy?
