IMO, It's going to cost the person who offered the contract because I believe the Hagar's will stay at a high price unless somehow a flood of them hit the market and I don't know how that can happen.

Some people believe that the Hagar $25 can be re-released, but, it is a Limited Edition chip and HR would have to get the NGC approval.
