Yes, I did see that notice that the $2 was for "Atlantic City Beautification," which of course made me laugh enough to make the $2 worth it.

What I found even more funny is that Trump Marina charged the fee BEFORE you parked, figuring that there was no chance you'd be leaving with any money whatsoever. In my case, they were right. :)
