They are both high end resorts - not in the Belagion/Caesars/Mirage/Venetian category but high end. If Aladdin pulls out of bankruptcy--and someone will buy it and keep it going--I would love to stay there. My kids (ages in the 30's) love Luxor but were not terribly impressed with Aladdin but in part that's because so many shops were closed and because walking around the Aladdin shopping area isn't the same as walking around Caesar's
