I am curious, you and I have met and you seemed to be very nice and yet very dissatisfied with the whole hard rock experience.

You seem to be leaning to the palms. Ask yourself this, who the hell is the palms and how long has the name, "the palms", been in business?

The hard rock has been good to its people. Like in any business, you will see peaks and valleys, but no other hotel has been as strong as the hard rock as far as chips are concerned, and no other hotel has made the kind of money for the people who fancy this hobby as the hard rock.

Instead of pushing the palms, how about sticking by a good ol' faithful and give credit where credit is due. I’m not mad, but I love where I work and I am proud of what is has done for this industry.
