Releasing chips is not rocket science - pick a time and stick to it. We stood in line from 2 P.M. until almost 9 P.M. to get the Barris sets. It is great to get extra chips (Moby) but release them at the same time so we don't have to keep getting back in line like a Chinese fire drill. This post saying you are releasing Moby chips at 6 P.M. the same time as Barris chips was yet another screw up.

Thankfully, George Barris and his staff is the complete opposite of the Hard Rock. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and well organized. It is nice to deal with professionals instead of amateurs.
