Pretty easy to do. There is a file in the directory (by default - unless you changed it during installation) C:\PROGRAM FILES\CHECKMATE called CASINO.MDB

Copy that file onto some media (disk, CD, USB minidrive, email, etc) and copy it onto the installation on your target system (probably even the same directory. Then the data is moved.

Be careful to keep them synch'd. Don't add things to both, keep on as sacrosanct and one as a copy so you don't lose stuff in the translation.
