The TCR values are as follows:

Harrah's $2.50 Upper Left -- I can't tell from the scan if this is N6471(has serifs) with value $15-$19 ( I have paid around $10) Or N6472 (w/o serifs) with value $20-$24

I Can't read what the Blue one in the middle is but I believe I have seen this chip as a fairly common chip (I could be wrong).

Harrah's $2.50 upper Right is N6470 with value of $10-$14

Harveys's $1 is N5160 with vale of $5-$9

Harrah's $1 I generally see on Ebay go for about $4. N5143 $3-$4

Hyatt Regency $2.50 N5199 value $5-$9

Harvey's $2 N6457 value $20-$24

This are all nice chips and you might be able to find them for less or more $, but I believe that the cost and time of counterfeiting them would generally exceed the cost of just buying a real one.
