I picked these up at a flea market today and paid serious money for them not even knowing if they were real or not. I didn't feel too bad paying good money for them since the same dealer sold me 2 silver strikes for $5 each. According to Lightermans book this ship temporarily suspended operations in 1998. Did they ever start up again? These chips were used in a special (Stupak type) deal where $182 got you $250 in chips. I don't know if they were win/lose chips or not. I have never seen them before and was wondering what they are valued at today. I only have the one set.
