I have done some research on the subject and have been unable to locate any case, administrative decision or other opinion holding that casino collectibles are covered.

At one time, there was some talk of our forming a committee to attempt to have casino collectibles specifically added to the Act. Don't know what ever came of that.

In any event, although I disagree with Pete Sanders' conclusion that the act might apply to casino chips, I do agree with his conclusion that it would not apply to this particular issue of chips.
